From the Main Program Group, open and double click on the
Control Panel icon

From the Control Panel Group,
double click on the Network icon
.
The Network Settings dialog box looks like this:

Click on the Add Adapter button. The Add Network Adapter dialog box will appear:

Click the arrow to the right of the Network Adapter Card list box. Scroll down to the end, where you will see <Other> Requires disk from manufacturer. Click on this entry to select it, then click on the Continue button. The following Insert Disk dialog box will appear:

The ChiliPORTS software options are displayed in the Select OEM Option dialog box:
Highlight the description of the first (or only) ChiliPORTS card installed in your system by clicking on it, then click on OK. If you are installing multiple ChiliPORTS cards of different types, you'll need to repeat this step for each type of card.
At this point the Network Settings program will copy all of the required ChiliPORTS files from the diskette to your hard disk, and install the ChiliPORTS device driver for Windows NT. When it's done, the Network Settings dialog box will appear again. You should notice the new addition of ChiliPORTS Services in the Installed Network Software list, and the new entry in Installed Adapter Cards: ChiliPORTS /16i RAS Adapter.
To complete the installation procedure, click on OK. Windows NT will now go through a number of steps in configuring the system, binding the network, and setting up the services for ChiliPORTS. When it's finished, Windows NT will prompt you with the following dialog box:
You need to reboot the system to complete the installation of the ChiliPORTS software. Click on Restart Now, and the system will reboot automatically.
